Cancellation Policy
Notice periods for cancelling a Lacewing project, retainer or recurring service, what you owe for work in progress, and what transfers to you.

Projects
You can cancel a build project between any two milestones with written notice. We invoice for work completed to that point and hand over everything produced so far, including source code.
Retainers and hosting
Monthly retainers, maintenance agreements and hosting renew automatically. To cancel, give at least 7 working days' notice before the renewal date. Requests received later take effect at the end of the following period.
Domains
Domain registrations and renewals cannot be cancelled once processed, as the registrar charge is immediate and non-recoverable.
What you keep
On cancellation we hand over your source code, data exports and deployment access for anything already paid for. We do not hold client systems hostage over a commercial disagreement.
