Refund Policy
What is refundable on a Lacewing project, what is not, how a refund is calculated against work already delivered, and how long it takes.

Discovery and audits
If an AI readiness audit or discovery engagement does not produce a deliverable you find useful, tell us within 14 days of receiving it and we will refund it in full. We would rather return the fee than have you carry a document you cannot act on.
Build projects
Build work is billed in milestones. You may cancel between milestones at any time. Completed and delivered milestones are not refundable; any advance held against future milestones is returned in full.
If we cancel a project, we refund everything paid for work not yet delivered.
Retainers and maintenance
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. The current month is not refunded; nothing further is charged.
Third-party costs
Model usage, telephony charges, WhatsApp conversation fees, domain registrations and cloud hosting are billed to us by third parties and are not refundable once incurred.
How to request one
Email lacewinginfo@gmail.com with your project reference. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
