LinkedIn Outreach Agent
A LinkedIn outreach agent manages connection requests, follow-up messages and reply triage on your behalf, inside limits that keep the account safe. It is built for founders and consultants who know LinkedIn works and cannot spend two hours a day in it.
Who it's for
Founders and consultants selling to businesses.

Consistent presence without living inside LinkedIn.

Key takeaways
- LinkedIn actively restricts automation — safe daily limits are the whole design constraint.
- Connection acceptance is the real bottleneck, not message quality.
- The account at risk is a personal one belonging to a real person. Treat it accordingly.
- Slower than email by design; the reply quality is considerably better.
- Builds in 2–4 weeks from ₹75,000.
Why LinkedIn is different from email
With email, the worst case is a burned sending domain, which is replaceable. With LinkedIn, the asset at risk is a named individual's professional identity, built over years, with a network that cannot be rebuilt.
That asymmetry should drive every decision. Conservative limits, human-paced behaviour, and no tolerance for tools that promise thousands of actions a day. The upside of aggressive automation is a few more connections; the downside is a restricted account belonging to your founder.
What safe volume actually looks like
The numbers below are deliberately below what tools advertise. They reflect what keeps accounts healthy over months rather than what maximises a first week.
| Action | Safe daily range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Connection requests | 15–25 | New accounts start lower |
| Messages to connections | 30–50 | Spread across the working day |
| Profile views | 50–100 | Warms before requesting |
| InMails | Per your subscription | Sales Navigator only |
| Total actions/day | Under ~100 | Randomised timing, working hours only |
Activity is spread across working hours with randomised gaps, because a burst of forty identical actions at 3am is the pattern detection is looking for.
Acceptance is the real constraint
Everyone focuses on the message. But an unaccepted connection request means no message gets sent at all, so acceptance rate is the ceiling on the entire system.
What lifts it: a profile that clearly explains what you do, some recent posting activity so you look alive, mutual connections, and a note that gives a reason rather than a pitch. What lowers it: an empty profile, no activity for six months, and a connection note that opens with a sales offer.
The uncomfortable implication is that if the founder's profile is neglected, fixing that is the highest-return work — and it is not something an agent can do for you.
Reply triage is where the time goes back
The agent's most useful function is not sending. It is sorting what comes back.
LinkedIn replies are a mix of genuine interest, polite deflections, people pitching you, recruiters and outright spam. Sorting them is a daily chore that quietly consumes a founder's morning.
Ours categorises every reply, drafts a response for the genuine ones, and surfaces only those needing a decision. Everything else is filed. That triage typically returns more hours than the outreach itself does.
Sequencing without being a nuisance
A sensible cadence is: view the profile, send a connection request with a reason, wait for acceptance, wait a further few days, open with a genuine question rather than a pitch, then one follow-up at most.
Then stop. Two unanswered messages means no, and continuing past that converts nobody while damaging how you are perceived by someone who may become relevant later. The agent stops automatically and marks the record.
Who this suits
Founders, consultants and anyone selling a service where the buyer wants to see a credible human before engaging. It works because the recipient can look at your profile and history.
It suits high-volume transactional selling far less well. If your model needs five hundred conversations a month, the platform limits make LinkedIn the wrong channel and email or calling is a better use of the budget.
What you have running
Target list management, profile warming, connection requests with genuine notes, paced follow-up sequences, reply categorisation with drafted responses, automatic stop rules, CRM logging of every interaction, and reporting on acceptance rate and reply rate by segment.
FAQ
LinkedIn Outreach Agent — your questions
Will LinkedIn restrict our account?
Not at the volumes and pacing we use, in our experience. The restrictions people run into come from tools running hundreds of actions daily at machine-like intervals. We stay well under the thresholds and randomise timing, and we would rather deliver fewer connections than risk a founder's account.
Do we need Sales Navigator?
Not required, but it materially improves targeting and raises your InMail allowance. If LinkedIn is a serious channel for you it pays for itself. If you are testing, start on a normal account and add it once the channel proves out.
Can it post content too?
That is a different service — see our social post generator. We would generally keep them separate, because outreach and content publishing have different approval needs and you probably want tighter human control over what appears on a founder's feed.
How does this compare to cold email?
Slower and lower volume, with noticeably better reply quality and less risk of being filtered. Most clients run both: LinkedIn for higher-value named accounts where credibility matters, email for volume. They also work well together — a connection followed by an email lands differently than either alone.
